After you cross into Iowa from Omaha, Nebraska at Exit 4 there is a great shopping center to stop and have lunch. There are about 12 restaurants there with a variety of choices. This was my selection:

Here is a tip I learned from all of my travels; Michael’s has clean restrooms. Who woildn’t mind taking a break at Michaels?

I am so glad that Spring is finally here. It was a long Winter. Tomorrow starts my travels to Southern States. I hope to get some great photos.

Sun is out. Sky is blue. Temperature is about 60 degrees. It a great morning to walk in around the park.



Oh, and the geese are out. Avoid the dropping and the babies.
In five days, my 2500+ mile trip into Dixie and my visit to the land of the Cajuns is schedule to begin. So, you can expect more photographs and less drawings over the next 6 weeks.
Below is my updated list of book recommendations. I just finished two of Scott Meyer’s books “(Magic 2.0)” and they deserved to be on my list. I am excited that Dennis Taylor, Scott Meyer, and Ted Dekker all have books coming out between May 15 and June 19. Which happens to fall during my long trip this summer. I will have plenty to keep me entertained. Peter Clines I am waiting on your next book.
